MagicLess Terms of Service

Effective: September 27, 2026

These terms apply when you use the MagicLess Chrome extension, the MagicLess server it talks to, and this website, magicless.io. “We”, “us” and “our” mean the business that runs MagicLess. By using MagicLess or this site, you accept these terms. How we handle data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

What MagicLess Does

MagicLess finds recent sign-in codes and sign-in links in Gmail inboxes you connect and offers them on the page that asked for them. It fills a code or opens a link only when you click, and it never submits a form or presses a button for you. It reads email; it never sends, deletes or changes it.

Connecting Inboxes

Connect only inboxes that you own or are allowed to use this way. For a work or school account, your administrator’s rules apply, and the administrator may block the connection. You can remove an inbox in the extension settings at any time.

Use MagicLess Safely

• MagicLess makes sign-in codes easier to reach from your browser. Anyone who can use your unlocked computer and Chrome profile can use it too, so lock your device and do not install MagicLess on a shared browser profile.
• MagicLess picks the likeliest code or link, and it can be wrong. Check the sender and the site before you use a code or open a link, and never use a code for a sign-in you did not start yourself.
• MagicLess does not replace the security settings of your email or of the sites you use.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• connect an inbox or reach an account that you are not allowed to access;
• use MagicLess to get around another service’s security or its terms;
• call the MagicLess server other than through the extension, or overload it;
• copy, resell or reverse engineer the MagicLess server, except where the law allows it;
• use MagicLess to break the law or to harm other people.

We may suspend access that breaks these rules or puts other users at risk.

Free Plan and MagicLess Pro

The free plan connects one Gmail inbox. MagicLess Pro connects up to five, for the price shown on our pricing page and at checkout, billed monthly or yearly in US dollars.

• Payment is taken by Stripe. A Pro subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time from your Stripe receipt email. Cancelling stops future renewals. When Pro ends, the inboxes you already connected keep working, but you cannot connect more than the free plan allows.
• Payments are not refundable, except where the law requires a refund. If you were charged in error, tell us within 30 days of the charge and we will refund it.
• If we change the price of Pro, we tell you before the change applies, and the new price applies from your next renewal. You can cancel before then.
• You must be old enough to make a binding contract where you live to buy Pro.

Services MagicLess Depends On

MagicLess works through Gmail, Google’s sign-in, Composio and Chrome. Their own terms apply to your use of them. If one of them changes, limits or ends the access MagicLess relies on, some or all features may stop working, and we are not responsible for that. If we ever stop offering MagicLess, we will say so on this website and stop charging for Pro.

Our guides about sign-in codes, email delivery and account security are general information checked against the sources and dates they show. They are not professional security advice for your organization. Product and company names belong to their owners, and naming a company does not mean that it endorses us.

Ownership

MagicLess, its software, this website and its content belong to us or to the people who licensed them to us. We give you a personal, non-exclusive right to use the extension for your own sign-ins, including at work, while these terms apply. You may quote short passages of our guides if you link to the page you quote.

No Warranty

MagicLess and this website are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, including that every code will be found, found in time or correct, that the service will be uninterrupted, or that it is fit for a particular purpose, to the extent the law allows.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, such as a missed or expired code, a locked account, lost data or lost business, arising from your use of MagicLess. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for MagicLess in the 12 months before the claim and US$50. Nothing in these terms limits any liability or consumer right that the law does not allow to be limited.

Ending Your Use

You can stop using MagicLess at any time: remove your inboxes in the extension settings, then uninstall it. Our Privacy Policy explains what happens to your data. The sections on ownership, warranties, liability and disputes continue to apply after you stop.

Changes to These Terms

When we change these terms, we update this page and its date. If a change is significant, we say so on this website before it applies. Continuing to use MagicLess after a change means you accept the new terms.

Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. If you have a complaint, write to us first and we will try to settle it within 30 days. You can always use the small claims court where you live.
