For people who are tired of opening Gmail: troubleshooting for OTP emails, magic links, aliases, filters, forwarding and team inboxes. Find the section that matches where you are stuck. Each guide lists the provider and standards pages it relies on, with the date they were checked.
Start with the not-arriving checklist: it covers the wrong address, Gmail tabs, Spam, filters and when one resend is worth it. If you already know where mail is getting lost (a forwarding rule, a work domain, a relay address, Outlook, Yahoo or Apple Mail), go straight to that page. Codes sent by text message have their own check, from the carrier's short-code blocks to the phone's message filters.
